What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a customer-focused and business-oriented professional who can translate complex business requirements into effective JAGGAER solutions. The ideal candidate is confident in configuring software to meet customer needs, partnering with clients throughout implementation projects, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing Support through successful solution adoption.

• Build and maintain deep product expertise, including solution configuration, navigation, solution design and industry best practices.
• Lead on-site and remote client workshops to gather, analyse and validate business requirements.
• Design, configure and independently deliver solutions in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring scope, timeline and budget objectives are met.
• Analyse client workflows and recommend business process improvements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain project documentation with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional JAGGAER teams to resolve client issues and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Manage assigned implementation projects, including large and complex engagements.
• Support testing, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and client sign-off.
• Ensure a successful client transition from Implementation to Support.
• Communicate project status, risks and progress updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive sponsors.
• Identify and manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance to colleagues where required.
• Drive adoption of implementation best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of business experience with at least 3 years in SaaS implementation, consulting or client delivery.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions or ERP integrations.
• 3+ years experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or similar enterprise software preferred.
• Comfortable working within Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation and documentation skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence communicating at executive level.
• Business process analysis and workflow automation experience desirable.
• Successfully manage a changing environment.
• Exposure to AI tools is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project and Visio.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20–30%).
• Fluent English language skills. 
• German or additional European languages are advantageous.
