What We’re Looking For
JAGGAER is looking for a Solution Consultant to support complex client implementation projects in Serbia. In this role, you will act as a business and functional advisor, translating client requirements into solution needs, configuring applications, managing project delivery activities, and supporting successful client outcomes across the implementation lifecycle.
You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams across JAGGAER to resolve issues, manage risks, support project controls, and promote best practices in SaaS implementation and business process improvement.
• Serve as the business and functional advisor for large, complex, cross-product client projects, translating business requirements into solution needs and configuring applications to support agreed objectives.
• Build functional solutions within Statement of Work specifications, meeting agreed scope, time, and budget requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation with a high level of independence.
• Lead collaboration with internal teams to address and resolve client issues, and proactively communicate across departments to help prevent issues.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned implementation projects, including complex engagements.
• Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, including software issues, scope challenges, and project delays.
• Lead on-site and remote requirements-gathering sessions.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships.
• Ensure a successful client transition from Implementation to Support.
• Deliver against project controls, including budget versus actual project hours, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
• Communicate appropriate project information to clients and internal stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and manage changes to project scope that affect resource, time, or financial commitments through the change order process.
• Provide work direction and mentoring to team members to support shared project goals.
• Make business process recommendations based on client requirements.
• Develop and advise on best practice recommendations for business process changes.
• Support adoption of best practices across the team.
• Manage additional assignments beyond client projects as business needs require.
Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of business experience, including at least 3 years of application implementation or consulting services experience in a client-facing environment.
• Significant experience implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions or ERP systems with systems integration.
• Exposure to working with AI tools in a professional context.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, make strong individual contributions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a team environment.
• Ability to act independently, take initiative, and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
• Experience facilitating discussions with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and supplier interaction by phone, remotely, and in person.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies.
• Sound judgment, critical thinking skills, and a professional communication style.
• Ability to manage work effectively in a changing environment.
• Strong written and verbal English and Italian language skills for client and internal communication.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20-30%, subject to business and project needs and applicable travel requirements.
Nice to Have
• At least 3 years of eProcurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Lifecycle Management software application experience.
• Waterfall project management experience.
• Experience with business automation and workflow process development.
• Experience developing, evaluating, and improving best practices.
• Additional language skills relevant to client or internal communication.
