We’re looking for a (Junior) Web Content Editor to help keep our website accurate, up-to-date, and optimized. You’ll coordinate closely with local growth marketers to manage translations, publish new content (blogs, press releases, webinars, etc. ), and maintain existing pages. You’ll work within established content templates and guidelines, while applying SEO best practices to improve discoverability and performance.
• Coordinate website translations with local growth marketers and ensure timely publishing across languages.
• Publish and maintain web content, including blog posts, press releases, event pages, landing pages, etc.
• Edit and update existing pages and ensure timely translation
• Create new pages using existing templates/components, following content guidelines and UX conventions.
• Apply SEO best practices: metadata, headings, internal linking, keyword usage, image alt text, and URL structure.
• Perform basic QA before/after publishing (formatting, links, tracking parameters, responsive checks).
• Collaborate with stakeholders (growth marketing, content, design, legal/compliance as needed) to gather inputs and approvals.
• Keep content organized and maintain a clean editorial workflow (statuses, publishing calendar, versioning).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar field (Master’s is a plus).
• First experience in web content editing, digital marketing, SEO, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required, and knowledge of more languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, etc.) is highly preferred
• Strong writing/editing skills and a sharp eye for detail (grammar, structure, consistency).
• Comfort working in a CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content structure impacts ranking and readability.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a stakeholder-heavy environment.
• Confidence working with templates and style guidelines rather than inventing from scratch.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have:
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise marketing.
• Experience with multilingual websites and translation workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (enough to troubleshoot formatting issues).
• Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting (GA4, Search Console, Brightedge) and making content improvements from insights.
