JAGGAER recognizesthat high-quality content is critical to effective and quality bid proposal development. We are seeking a Proposal Content Operations Specialist to join our Enablement team to support our Sales and Global RFx team stakeholders. This individual contributor role will have responsibility for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving customer-facing content and knowledge leveraged by our Responsive Strategic Response Platform and SharePoint site, as well as being the primary administrator and support person for the platform.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that our knowledge assets are current, well-organized, accessible, and aligned with brand and editorial standards. Moreover, the individual will share responsibility to ensure the overall success and adoption of the Responsive Strategic Response Platform. Individual must have strong writing, editing, content governance, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to provide support and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with subjectmatter experts and key stakeholdersto curate and maintain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date content and knowledge across platforms.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of content to ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Assist with the development of engaging, clear, and user-friendly content and knowledge to support proposal responses, sales messaging, and internal information sharing.
• Manage and update internal content repositories, including SharePoint and proposal content library, ensuring taxonomy and file organization best practices are followed.
• Respond to content and knowledge support requests from internal users, providing timely assistance and training where needed.
• Edit documents and knowledge articles for grammar, consistency, readability, and visual presentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teamsto develop instructional materialssuch as FAQs, how-to guides, and process documentation.
• Help design and implement scalable content governance processes to support continuous content and knowledge improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in proposal design, information architecture, content development, and knowledge sharing.
• Support efforts to reduce content duplication and break down information silos across departments.
• Serve as system administrator and primary support for our Responsive Strategic Response Platform while managing user accounts, permissions, system configurations, as well as monitoring and maintaining the overall health, functionality, and accessibility of the platform.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher trainings to our user community and roll out new solution features when released by our Responsive Strategic Response Platform.
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Experience creating, organizing, and managing business content in structured systems.
• Comfortable working with digital content and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, proposal automation tools) and maintaining content in a logical, searchable structure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and subject matter experts.
• Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team goals and process improvements.
• Familiarity with knowledge management and information architecture best practices.
• Experience with proposal software (e.g., Responsive Strategic Response Platform or similar) strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, knowledge management, information management, or related discipline preferred.
