As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager with product marketing experience to develop and execute content strategies that elevate our messaging and drive impact at every stage of the buyer journey.
The Role
You’ll be a strategic storyteller and content creator at the heart of our product marketing function. Your goal: turn our unique value propositions into compelling, industry-relevant content that resonates with procurement and supply chain professionals from CPOs and CFOs to category managers and sourcing leaders.
You’ll work closely with product marketers, solution consultants, and sales teams to shape narratives that speak directly to our audience’s challenges whether it’s driving supplier innovation, optimizing spend, or improving ESG performance.
Content Strategy & Planning
• Build and manage the editorial calendar for product and industry-aligned content
• Develop content across the buyer journey from awareness to enablement working closely with subject matter experts across the organization
• Align content themes to product messaging, market trends (e.g., risk, compliance, ESG), and industry pain points
Content Creation
• Write and produce a variety of content assets:
• Product-focused blogs, thought leadership articles
• Customer case studies and ROI stories
• Procurement maturity guides, checklists, and solution briefs
• Product overview sheets, video scripts, and email content
• Partner with design and demand generation to bring your content to market
GTM & Launch Support
• Translate go-to-market plans into cohesive content packages
• Develop launch assets that support new features, releases, and innovations in our procurement suite
• Equip sales with product messaging, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and battlecards
Analytics & Optimization
• Measure and report on content performance: engagement, SEO, conversion
• Apply insights to optimize future content and refresh high-performing assets
• Stay informed on trends in procurement transformation, AI in sourcing, and supply chain resilience to inform storytelling
• 4–6 years in content marketing or product marketing, ideally in enterprise SaaS
• Experience in or passion for procurement, supply chain, or financial operations
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, you know how to speak to industry buyers with substance and relevance
• Ability to translate technical product capabilities into real-world business outcomes
• Familiarity with procurement tech trends such as supplier diversity, risk mitigation, ESG, and AI automation
• Excellent writing, editing, and collaboration skills
