Services Estimates, SOW and Services sales activities:
• Designing, estimation and/or scoping of engagements both direct and partner led
• Actively participating in the sales cycles, covering all aspects of JAGGAER services in both Jaggaer led and/or partner led projects:
o Provide input into the preparation of RFP responses
o Contribute to the preparation of proposals
o Conduct discovery or scoping sessions to address specific customer implementation requirements
o Prove the value of JAGGAER professional services to customers during scoping sessions and other customer facing engagements
o Work with the Partner Delivery Managers in agreeing delivery structure on partner involved projects
o Scope and develop estimates
o Co-ordinate internally with SMEs, product, technical consultants, and solution architects as needed to construct the customer solution
o Scope, author, and negotiate SOWs (customer and partner subcontracts)
o Deliver implementation approach overview and presentations regarding JAGGAER delivery methodology, value, and best practices
• On deal closure own and conduct transition to project teams and set them up for success
Practice Development:
• Stay abreast of company products and enhancements as well as technology trends in the marketplace
• Provide feedback to internal and partner teams on services offerings and how they align to customer requirements
• Input into the development of future services offering
• Contribute to the internal library of RFP responses as it relates to services delivery
• Developing customer/partner facing content to position and sell our services better
• Contribute to the team knowledge base and toolsets
• Mentor junior members of the team
Reporting/Cross-functional interactions:
• Proactively maintain and manage services sales forecasts aligned with the sales pipeline
• Create visibility for upcoming resource requirements for the PS teams to optimize staffing

• Possess a unique and strong combination of business, sales, and technical skills to contribute to a high level of engagement with customers, prospects, sales, and product management staff as well as implementation and technology partners
• Background in SAAS implementations, delivery, and professional services.
• Proficiency in procurement processes and system delivery is essential
• Sound appreciation of the delivery phases of a project
• Contract and negotiation skills are a strong plus
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
• Service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships internally and with partners and customers
• Good project coordination skills:
o Multi-tasking
o Prioritization
o Self-motivation
• German language required (spoken and written)
• Based in EU
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%. Passport required for international travel.
