JAGGAER recognizes that high-quality content is critical to effective and quality bid proposal development. We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our Enablement team with a focus on Sales and Global RFx team stakeholders. This individual contributor role will have responsibility for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving internal and customer-facing content leveraged by the Proposal Automation platform and SharePoint site. The Content Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that our knowledge assets are current, well-organized, accessible, and aligned with brand and editorial standards. Moreover, the individual will share responsibility of ensuring the overall success and adoption of the Proposal Automation tool (Responsive). This position requires strong writing, editing, and content governance skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to curate and maintain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date content across platforms.
• Conduct periodic reviews and audits of content to ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Assist with the development of engaging, clear, and user-friendly content to support proposal responses, sales messaging, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Manage and update internal content repositories, including SharePoint and Proposal Automation (e.g., Responsive), ensuring taxonomy and file organization best practices are followed.
• Monitor and respond to content support requests from internal users, providing timely assistance and training where needed.
• Edit documents and knowledge articles for grammar, consistency, readability, and visual presentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop instructional materials such as FAQs, how-to guides, and process documentation.
• Help design and implement scalable content governance processes to support continuous content improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in content design, information architecture, and proposal content development.
• Support efforts to reduce content duplication and break down information silos across departments.
• Conduct onboarding and refresher trainings to our user community and roll out new solution features when released by Responsive.
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Experience creating, organizing, and managing business content in structured systems.
• Comfortable working with digital content repositories (SharePoint, proposal automation tools) and maintaining content in a logical, searchable structure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and subject matter experts.
• Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team goals and process improvements.
• Familiarity with knowledge management and information architecture best practices.
• Experience with proposal software (e.g., Responsive or similar) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Knowledge Management, Information Science, or related discipline preferred but not required.
