We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking our top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Supervise recruiting personnel
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events
• Proven experience as a Recruiter in the IT/Digital Industry (Minimum 3 years)
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Understand all selection methods and techniques based on the requirement
• Source talent from multiple channels like LinkedIn, Job Boards, social media, Referral, etc
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the company
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners as needed
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Excellent communicator & Well-organized
• Proficient in English language
• Graduate / Post Graduated in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
